OUR HISTORY

In 1996, our founder Álvaro Cetto Garollo established Dialce’s first plant in Jalisco, the heart of Mexico’s agave growing region. There, he began producing tequila, an internationally recognized spirit and integral part of Mexican heritage. In 2017, Casa Don Ramón was acquired by Dialce spirit and beverage family, a subsidiary of the iiDEA Group, also home to Tequila Don Alvaro, Tequila Buen Amigo and Tequila Valerosa.

Today, Dialce is the industry leader in all aspects of tequila preparation from agave harvesting to distribution and brand marketing. When we started, our daily capacity was 3,000 liters; today, we can guarantee continuous daily production of up to 150,000 liters all while maintaining the highest standards of quality. We offer our partners an all-inclusive experience at every touch-point, from seamless navigation through regulations and logistics.

The result is a manufacturing process continually perfected year after year for both handcrafted and industrial-scale production, and spirits that satisfy the world’s most discerning palates.
